Beijing Opto-Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. (BOET) was founded in October 2001, and is dominated by North China Research Institute of Electro-Optics. The registered fund is about 31 million RMB. The main products have laser crystal materials. In order to suit the demand of market development, BOET was reconstructed in Jan. 2004, based on the laser crystal materials, and founded two sub-companies: Beijing North China Opto-Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. (NCLI), the main products are lasers and systems; Berjing Opto-Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. (BOPU),the main products are IR thermal imaging and temperature measuring systems.
